Overview:
We’re looking for a reliable and quick-working team member to join us as a Full-Time Production Assistant.
This role supports our kitchen team with daily prep tasks and is ideal for someone who works efficiently and pays attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Responsible for learning and maintaining company standards and protocols.

• Wrap baked goods

• Bag nuts and other dry goods

• Assemble and wrap sandwiches

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all food safety and handling guidelines

• Assists in maintaining order and cleanliness of the facility through things such as but not limited to sweeping , mopping, cleaning drains, taking out trash, surface cleaning, and dishes.

• Abides by the employee dress code protocol.

Qualifications:

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 

• Fast and efficient working style

• Strong attention to detail

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
