Dakota Hotel based in Newcastle are seeking an an outgoing individual with waiting experience for the role of Restaurant Waiter / Waitress to deliver exceptional service to our guests. Working predominantly evening shifts, this role is ideal for individuals who may have day-time commitments.  

CONTRACT AND PAY RATE 

Earnings are up to £13.21 per hour, paid weekly equating to a minimum guaranteed gross annual salary of £18,890 (inclusive of the anticipated tronc payment). 

The role carries a permanent contract with typical hours 27.5-30 hours per week across any 5 evenings out of the 7 each week. Typical working hours during the week will start from 5pm, however on a Sunday you may be required to start from 12pm due to our Sunday Lunch offering. This role will include working weekends.

Ideally situated by the Gateshead Millennium Bridge on the quayside, our hotel will boast 118 bedrooms including stunning 33 suites. Dakota Newcastle will host our renowned Bar & Grill, Champagne Room, Cigar Terrace, and an events space for up to 60.
