Fast Casual / Quick Service Managers & Assist. Managers (Lake View)
Compensation: Starting salary will be commensurate with experience.

A New York City company, "Green Summit Group," opened it's first location in Chicago. We produce and deliver food for many brands from one kitchen, brands include Butcher Block, Authentic, 'Leafage, Grind Meatballs, Milk Money, Melt 350, Blue Crown Wings and F.I.S.H. Poke
If you have experience as a manager or an assistant manager at a fast casual, quick service or restaurant operation you will be perfect for us. We need managers helping build our lunch and dinner service. Our staff is 100% hands-on and we want managers to manage the business, pack the food and send it out for delivery.
We want our managers having a minimum 2 years experience with:
1. Working in a restaurant / cafe that produces & packs food and sends it out using platforms like Grub Hub and Postmates.
2. Being health department certified and how to work with the chef and team in running a clean kitchen.
3. Familiar with quality control techniques to consistently serve great food.
4. Working closely with the chef to set staff schedules and manage food costs.
