Health and Safety Manager. Be a part of something new; find your place at Riverstone

Immediate Start. Six Month Initial Contract – Full or Part Time negotiable

Up to £55,000 full-time equivalent, pro-rata

We are recruiting for a Health and Safety Manager to join the Riverstone team on a six month contract. You will be responsible for implementing our Health and Safety strategy, establishing polices, procedures and processes, across our first two Residences in Kensington and Fulham, opening in the summer of 2022.

This is for if you…

  • hold at least NEBOSH Diploma or comparable level qualification
  • have a passion for health and safety and ensuring the safety and enjoyment of others
  • would enjoy working in a new growing business bringing something new and exciting to the residential market
  • have experience implementing health and safety policies and procedures, most likely gained in a relevant sector such as hotels or serviced accommodation
  • work well in a team situation but also happy to work on your own at times

Key responsibilities of the Health and Safety Manager

  • Review, implementation, monitoring and improvement of health and safety policies, procedures and training
  • Complete risk assessments and Safe Systems of Work
  • Establish health and safety monitoring and reporting
  • Create a Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP) including corporate health and safety governance
  • Implement Accident and Incident reporting
