An exciting new job opportunity has become available to work within St. Austell Brewery’s experienced Property team and work across our Managed Estate. The main purpose of the Property Coordinator role is to work with the Property Maintenance Managers and Property Support Manager to assist with reactive maintenance, scheduled works and compliance of the estate.

What it’s like to be a Property Co-Ordinator

Key Responsibilities for this role include:

  • To receive reactive property maintenance calls, log, raise order numbers and contract the contractor promptly, in accordance with the agreed process and with the appropriate authorisation; and escalate to the Property Maintenance Manager as required.
  • To arrange compliance and scheduled maintenance in liaison with the Property Support Manager for all brewery properties and ensure that the Compliance Log is up to date and escalate to the Property Maintenance Manager as required.
  • Process property invoices according to the agreed protocols to ensure that all are dealt with in a timely and effective manner.
  • Support the Tenanted Operations Team and Property Maintenance Manager with tenancy changes to ensure the site is compliant before changeover and provide admin support as required. 

About you

  • Strong administration experience within the property maintenance sector
  • Good understanding of budgets, sales targets/forecasts and their effect of projects
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office Packages
  • Ability to communicate across all levels of seniority
  • Strong organisational skills
