YOU ARE THE CAPTAIN OF YOUR AREA. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO ENSURE CONSISTENCY OF SERVICE STANDARDS, EXCELLENT SERVICE AND MAINTAIN THE CLEANLINESS AND CONDITION. YOU AREACCOUNTABLE IN ACHIEVING THE STORE'S SALES AND PROFIT BY MAINTAINING UPSELLING PROCEDURES AND GUEST CARE. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP YOUR PEOPLE DRIVEN AND CREATE A CHEERFUL PROFESSIONAL WORKING ENVIRONMENT THAT WILL KEEP OUR GUESTS WANTING TO RETURN TO GERMAN DONER KEBAB.


You will support the restaurant kitchen team and be expected to deliver exceptional food quality, guest care, and service. You will work to brand standards, within a team, and ensure every guest leaves the restaurant having had a great experience.

Key skills and knowledge:

  • Maintaining appropriate portion control and consistently monitoring food levels within the kitchen
  • Work to Food Safety standards at all times
  • Maintaining proper food handling and safety standards while preparing food.
  • Cleaning equipment, as assigned, thoroughly and in a timely fashion according to GDK guideline
  • Have the ability to maintain a professional appearance and display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all tasks
  • Can demonstrate a complete understanding of the menu
  • Following GDK sanitation standards, including washing cookware and utensils throughout the day.
  • Working towards understanding and articulating food with integrity
