Mission

As a Guest Experience Agent, you will be the face of our hotel and the heart of our guest journey. From arrival to departure, you will create memorable first impressions and deliver a seamless, personalised experience, ensuring every guest feels valued, cared for, and inspired to return.


Key Responsibilities – Guest Experience Excellence

• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail
• Anticipate guest needs and personalise each stay to exceed expectations
• Manage VIP arrivals, including preparation, coordination, and room escorting
• Support Reception, Luggage Porters, and other departments during peak periods
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve complaints efficiently and with care
• Maintain a calm, professional approach during emergencies, following hotel safety procedures
• Work closely with the Guest Experience Manager to continuously elevate service standards


What we’re looking for

• A proactive team player with a positive and professional attitude
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for guest satisfaction
• Fluency in English (Spanish language skills are an advantage)
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Eligibility to work in the UK is essential
