Guest Experience Agent / Aura Host

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences: Anticipate guest needs, personalize their stays, and exceed their expectations at every turn.
  • Use Innovative Tools: Leverage customer experience management systems to ensure every interaction is seamless and special.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Monitor guest feedback and implement creative strategies to enhance their experience.
  • Create a Sensory Masterpiece: Maintain impeccable standards in lighting, décor, aroma, and music, ensuring every space feels perfect.
  • Optimize Resources: Manage material orders efficiently, keeping costs in check while maintaining our high standards.
  • Embrace Digital Innovation: Shape and enhance the digital experience for our guests in line with our global strategy.

 

Our successful candidate will:

  • A passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a knack for solving problems.
  • The ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages (such as Spanish) is a plus.
  • An appreciation for sensory design and how it enhances guest satisfaction.
