Job Mission
The Aura Host meets the daily operations of the department, committing to achieving excellence in customer satisfaction.
What will I have to do?
. Comply with the attributes, standards and manuals that apply in their department, as well as ensure compliance in other areas.
. Ensure the customer experience, personalizing their stay, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
. Liaise with relevant departments to arrange daily amenities.
. Meet and greet guests throughout their stay checking on their satisfaction and continuously trying to exceed their expectations.
. Establish connections with guests (VIPs, regular guests, special occasions) creating rapport with them and enhancing their stay by personalizing it based on your interactions.
. Be present in public areas during busy periods checking standards throughout the hotel.
. Ensure hotel atmosphere is up to standards and the Aura of ME is present through the hotel.
. Set up VIP rooms daily: amenities, room decoration, flower arrangements, others.
. Manage customer incidents, following the established protocols.
. Comply with Sensory Architecture in the different areas of the hotel, in terms of lighting, decoration, aroma and background music.
. Verify material orders following the set product guidelines, for better optimization of economic resources.
