Salary Package: Up to £27,710 per annum + Service Charge

Mission
As a Guest Experience Agent, you will be responsible for creating outstanding first impressions and delivering a welcoming, efficient, and personalised service to all guests. You will be a visible presence in the hotel lobby and public areas, particularly during busy periods, ensuring every guest feels valued from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail
Personalise each guest’s stay, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations
Prepare for and manage VIP arrivals, including greeting and escorting guests to their rooms
Support Reception, Luggage Porters, Business Centre, and outlets during peak periods
Handle guest enquiries and complaints promptly, professionally, and in line with hotel procedures
Remain calm and act appropriately during emergency situations, following hotel safety procedures
Carry out duties as directed by the Guest Experience Manager to maintain service excellence
What are we looking for?
A positive, proactive team player
Strong attention to detail and passion for customer service
Fluency in English (Spanish is an advantage)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Eligibility to work in the UK is essential
