Department: Front Office / Guest Experience
Location: Meliá White House, NW1 3UP
Hotel: Meliá Hotels & Resorts
Salary Package: Up to £27,710 per annum + Service Charge

Mission

As a Guest Experience Agent, you will be responsible for creating outstanding first impressions and delivering a welcoming, efficient, and personalised service to all guests. You will be a visible presence in the hotel lobby and public areas, particularly during busy periods, ensuring every guest feels valued from arrival to departure.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail

  • Personalise each guest’s stay, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations

  • Prepare for and manage VIP arrivals, including greeting and escorting guests to their rooms

  • Support Reception, Luggage Porters, Business Centre, and outlets during peak periods

  • Handle guest enquiries and complaints promptly, professionally, and in line with hotel procedures

  • Remain calm and act appropriately during emergency situations, following hotel safety procedures

  • Carry out duties as directed by the Guest Experience Manager to maintain service excellence


What are we looking for?

  • A positive, proactive team player

  • Strong attention to detail and passion for customer service

  • Fluency in English (Spanish is an advantage)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Eligibility to work in the UK is essential
