As a Guest Relations Agent at our esteemed 5-star hotel, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience from the moment of reservation to departure. Your responsibilities will include enhancing guest satisfaction by adding personalised amenities to rooms, demonstrating an impeccable eye for detail in all guest interactions, managing email correspondence efficiently, sending pre-arrival communications, hosting our executive lounge space, and leveraging your creativity to exceed guest expectations.
