Your responsibilities will include enhancing guest satisfaction by adding personalised amenities to rooms, demonstrating an impeccable eye for detail in all guest interactions, managing email correspondence efficiently, sending pre-arrival communications, hosting our executive lounge space, and leveraging your creativity to exceed guest expectations.
