  • Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across the site.
  • Developing and implementing training programmes and standard operating procedures.
  • Adjusting focus throughout the year to reflect seasonal trends, such as managing glamping changeovers in summer and supporting busy indoor events in winter.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has a minimum of 12 months’ experience in a similar hospitality role.
  • Is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Thrives under pressure and can manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to motivate a team.
  • Is highly organised with excellent time management skills.
  • Has strong IT skills and is comfortable using software (e.g., MaintainX, Campmanager, Deputy – full training provided).
  • Understands health and safety protocols and prioritises a safe working environment.
  • Possesses exceptional attention to detail and a positive, proactive attitude.

Job Role Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Support seasonal activities, events, and visitor readiness.
  • Maintain and implement health and safety protocols.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.
