Here’s what the role is all about:

As Night Supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and safe experience throughout the night.

The role contains everything you would expect, including overseeing the night operations and providing pivotal support for the Night Manager. As a primary liaison for guests and colleagues, you will offer assistance, address concerns, and resolve any issues that arise.

Your attention to detail and dedication to exceptional service will be vital.

 Ideal candidates will have previous experience in hotel management, preferably in night operations.

Knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle guest concerns or complaints with diplomacy and empathy.
