Here’s what the role is all about:

We, at The Store, are seeking a proactive and dedicated Guest Relations Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable stay. The role contains everything you would expect, including supporting the Guest Relations Manager, acting as a friendly and approachable point of contact for guests, and creating a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere at the hotel.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a guest relations or customer service role within the hospitality industry.

Position: Guest Relations Executive 
Location: Oxford 
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: On a rota basis (including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays)

Salary £25,000
