The Store Hotel is a lifestyle luxury and boutique hotel set in the heart of Oxford. We sit in the building of the historic department store and Oxford institution, Boswells. Our 101-bedroom hotel will delight guests with a sense of curiosity and wonder, reflecting the rich heritage of the building’s former life.

We are looking for a passionate, professional and guest-focused Guest Relations Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating memorable experiences and delivering exceptional service to every guest.
As a Guest Relations Executive, you will act as a key point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay exceeds expectations and helping to create outstanding hospitality experiences from arrival through to departure.

Key Responsibilities:
• Providing a warm and personalised welcome to guests
• Building strong relationships and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Managing guest feedback, queries and concerns professionally and efficiently
• Anticipating guest needs and identifying opportunities to enhance their stay
• Supporting VIP arrivals and special requests
• Working collaboratively with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Monitoring guest satisfaction and helping drive continuous improvement
• Maintaining excellent knowledge of hotel services, facilities and local area recommendations
• Supporting guest communications before, during and after their stay

What we are looking for:

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation and positive attitude
• Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and holidays where required

Position: Guest Relations Executive 
Location: Oxford 
Employment Type: Full Time 
Shift: On a rota basis (including some evenings, weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays)

£27,040 per annum plus service charge - this will increase after probation (£32,000 estimated on target earnings)
