The role…
We are looking for a commercially focused Restaurant General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our top rated restaurant.

 This role requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar management position within a premium dining environment. You’ll be responsible for driving operational performance, increasing profitability, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. 

You will take ownership of the P&L, work within set budget parameters, and have a strong understanding of how to influence EBITDA through effective cost control and revenue growth.

 Key responsibilities include: 

 Full accountability for restaurant performance including sales, labour costs, and GP Stock control and purchasing, ensuring minimal waste 

 Analysing financial reports and applying them to drive commercial decisions. Focus on payroll management

 Leading, training and developing the team to consistently deliver high standards in service, food and presentation 

 Using your food and wine knowledge to develop the team and enhance the overall guest experience Identifying and implementing opportunities for business development, including events, upselling, and local partnerships
You’ll need strong communication skills, a focus on team performance, and a commitment to consistently high standards.
