The role…
We are seeking to recruit an exceptional Spa Manager with previous experience gained in a similar environment within fitness and beauty facilities to lead Guildford HarSpa & Club.
We are seeking to recruit an exceptional Spa Manager with previous experience gained in a similar environment within fitness and beauty facilities to lead Guildford HarSpa & Club.
Ideally you will be NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualified with TEMPLE SPA and ELEMIS training and experience being a distinct advantage.
As Spa Manager you will build professional relationships with members and guests and lead the team in demonstrating a customer focused service. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the club's facilities and team, monitoring the Spa’s financial performance and develop a sales culture to encourage revenue and membership growth.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and fitness, excellent personal presentation, the ability to plan and problem solve effectively, business acumen, sales awareness and the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
