We are looking for skilled and passionate Baristas to join our team. At Guillam Coffee House, we are dedicated to delivering a coffee experience like no other. We are not an ordinary coffee shop; we are a destination for coffee enthusiasts who appreciate the rich flavours and unique profiles of speciality single-origin coffees. With nine different single-origin selections available at any time, sourced from diverse origins, our mission is built on quality, service, and continuous growth. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft, enjoys engaging with customers, and is eager to develop within a hospitality environment.

As a Barista at Guillam Coffee House, you'll be at the forefront of defining coffee culture. You'll enjoy:
• Perfecting the art of crafting impeccable espresso shots and brewing exquisite single-origin coffees.
• Ensuring each visit is a memorable experience through exceptional customer service.
• Sharing your passion and expertise in coffee with our valued customers.
• Taking charge during shifts, leading and guiding the team to uphold our high standards.

We're seeking individuals who:
• Possess 1–2+ years of experience as a Senior Barista or Barista in the speciality coffee industry, showcasing expertise in the field.
• Demonstrate a deep passion for coffee and a commitment to advancing expertise in speciality coffee.
• Are adept at crafting consistently impressive latte art.
• Are meticulous in their attention to detail, ensuring each cup of coffee is perfected.
• Exude warmth and possess excellent customer service skills.
• Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced setting, contributing positively to a team and capable of leading shifts.
