We are looking for a strong Sous Chef to join our existing fabulous kitchen team.

With 2 main dining rooms, 2 private dining rooms and an extensive riverside garden serving fresh pizzas from our own pizza trailer there is never any shortage of things going on at The Gun.  

We are all about great food and personality and pushing the envelope.  You will be supporting Bruno our head chef and will have input into future dishes and menu development.

What we look for in a Sous Chef:

  • As a deputy to the Head Chef, you will take full control of the kitchen when they are away.
  • Someone who will take pride in preparing fresh food made from seasonal, local ingredients.
  • A creative Sous Chef who can bring new ideas and create fresh dishes.
  • Bring the best out of the kitchen team.
  • Take pride in every successful service.
  •  A hygiene qualification, excellent food knowledge and food safety awareness are all essential for this role.
