You’re not just checking people in. You’re setting the vibe, managing the flow, and making every interaction feel effortless, personal, and on point. Across two unique studio concepts under one roof, you adapt, elevate, and deliver. Every time. 

This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment where detail matters, energy matters, and people matter most. 

What you’ll do 

• Create a standout first impression: welcoming every member with energy, confidence, and personality 

• Deliver seamless front-of-house operations: check-ins, bookings, waitlists, and class flow 

• Support both studio concepts with equal attention to detail and brand standards 

• Keep the studio environment sharp, clean, organised, and always on brand 

• Build genuine connections with members: learn names, understand routines, and create loyalty 

• Support instructors before, during, and after classes to ensure smooth delivery 

• Anticipate needs and solve issues quickly, confidently, and professionally 

• Promote studio products, memberships, and offers in a natural, engaging way 

• Support peak-time operations and energy on the studio floor; no standing still 

• Work closely with the Club Manager and wider team to maintain a high-performance environment 

Who you are 

• You have experience in hospitality, retail, fitness, or any customer-facing role in a fast-paced environment 

• You bring energy, presence, and a natural ability to connect with people 

• You’re proactive, hands-on, and always one step ahead 

• You thrive in high-energy spaces and love being part of a team 

• You communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally 

• You care about detail, presentation, and delivering consistently high standards 

• You stay calm under pressure and handle busy shifts like a pro 

• You’re flexible and adaptable, able to switch between two studio concepts seamlessly
