Are you energetic, enthusiastic, a problem solver? Do you have bucket loads of initiative, share our vision and fancy spending all day in the gym? If so, then you could be the Maintenance Engineer that we are looking for!
You will have good communication skills and able to work within a team as well as on your own dealing promptly with gym staff as well as members and contractors across multiple gyms in central London.
You will be required to carry out planned preventive maintenance and repairs to the M&E Services as well as the Fabric of the gyms to a high standard, in line with HSE Health & Safety regulations.
You will need to have good experience / background within the building services industry as well as good knowledge of electrical systems.
You will be required to carry out reactive repairs to HWS & CWS systems including drains and toilet blockages.
You will be required to work 40 hours per week on a flexible shift patter. Your shift pattern will be agreed with you in advance.
