We are currently recruiting for a Section Housekeeper to join the Housekeeping Team at our 5-star super-boutique hotel, The Londoner. This role comes with forward career progression and an hourly rate of £17 per hour inclusive of service charge. This position is available on a part time basis.
Overview:
An amazing opportunity to join the Housekeeping team at The Londoner Hotel as a Section Housekeeper.
As a Section Housekeeper you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining rooms in your section and returning them to Front of House for allocation.
You will be responsible for your own standards of cleanliness within the rooms that you are allocated.
You will greet all guests that you meet in a friendly and courteous manner and will do what you can to answer and questions and help with any problems. You will ensure that any feedback or complaints are passed on to the Housekeeper.
You will ensure that a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered at all times in line with our core values and standards which are to exceed guest expectations.
About You:
Previous housekeeping experience is required ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel operation. Training will however be provided.
Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
Is able to communicate with a basic command of English.
Understands the importance of teamwork and works well with others.
