We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Housekeeper to join the Londoner, one of our 5 Star Luxury Hotels. You will help oversee a large, diverse team, maintain impeccable room and public‑area standards, and ensure that every guest experiences the refined luxury and attention to detail The Londoner is known for.

Overview:

  •  Support the Executive Housekeeper in managing daily housekeeping operations across rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces.

  •  Supervise, train, and motivate a large housekeeping team, ensuring consistent 5‑star service delivery.

  • Conduct inspections, uphold brand standards, and ensure flawless presentation throughout the hotel.

  • Manage linen, amenities, and equipment, ensuring efficient stock control and budget alignment.

  • Respond to guest requests, special preferences, and VIP arrangements with speed and discretion.

  •  Ensure all housekeeping practices meet legal, hygiene, and safety standards.

  • Work closely with Front Office, Engineering, and Guest Services to deliver seamless operations.

 About You:

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Housekeeper, Deputy Housekeeper, or senior supervisor in a 5‑star hotel.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop large teams.

  • Exceptional eye for detail and passion for luxury service.

  • Organised, proactive, and confident in managing fast‑paced operations.

  • Knowledge of housekeeping systems, linen management, and quality control.

  • A warm, guest‑focused approach with excellent communication skills.
