We're hiring Managers in Training to support multiple Kansas City locations. This is more than a management job. It's a leadership development opportunity designed to prepare high-potential leaders to run their own restaurant.

Important: Candidates must be flexible and willing to train and/or be placed at any Kansas City area location based on business needs.

What You'll Do

• Learn to lead a high-performing restaurant while living our Aloha culture.
• Build, coach, and inspire teams that deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Develop real-world leadership skills in operations, food safety, staffing, inventory, labor management, and financial performance.
• Partner with experienced leaders who will coach and prepare you for promotion to General Manager.
