Role Overview:

As the Director of Financial Planning & Analytics, you will be pivotal in steering the financial direction of Hawaiian Bros. Your role involves overseeing all financial planning and analysis functions, optimizing financial performance, and enhancing shareholder value while maintaining our commitment to the Aloha Spirit.

Your Impact:

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute financial strategies that align with our company's growth objectives.

• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Ensure the preparation of accurate financial reports and provide high-level analysis to support strategic decisions. Spearhead financial forecasting, modeling, budgeting, analysis and due diligence to guide our journey ahead.

• Operational Support: Partner with department heads to provide financial insights that drive business decisions, enhancing operational efficiency.

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead a team of financial professionals, fostering a culture of analytical rigor and proactive management.

What We Seek:

• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field required; Master’s preferred.

• Proven experience in multi-unit, multi-state operations, ideally with franchising background. Restaurant industry experience highly desired.

• Superior oral and written communication skills

• Valued business partner

• Excellent skills in financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.

• Strong proficiency in NetSuite, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; CPA or CFP certifications are a plus.
