Hogsalt is looking for a full time HRIS Specialist to join our team!

As the HRIS Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing human resources information systems to ensure accurate data management, reporting, and compliance. You will be collaborating across departments, troubleshooting system issues efficiently, and proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 5 years direct HR and/or Payroll Experience
  • 2 years of direct oversight in HRIS configuration and/or implementation
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing systems and software including timekeeping, scheduling, ATS, LMS and HRIS that builds company-wide efficiencies
  • Direct experience with UKG 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the development, implementation, and adoption of HRIS software upgrades
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries, providing support for team members
  • Act as liaison with customer support and/or consultants for HRIS technology cases
  • Ensure seamless integrations across platforms, including UKG Pro, Workforce Management, and Benefits systems
  • Maintain, audit, and update all HRIS file feeds and system configurations
  • Integrate new software systems into the UKG platform
  • Develop, implement, and maintain custom HR reports and auditing processes
  • Deploy data uploads and conduct audits to ensure data accuracy
  • Audit and update PTO policy to reflect current standards 
  • Partner with payroll to ensure accuracy in reporting, pay file configurations, and data imports
  • Provide oversight and management of the HR ticketing system
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives
