Hogsalt is looking for a full time HRIS Specialist  to join our team!

As the HRIS Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing human resources information systems to ensure accurate data management, reporting, and compliance. You will be collaborating across departments, troubleshooting system issues efficiently, and proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 5 years direct HR and/or Payroll Experience

  • 2 years of direct oversight in HRIS configuration and/or implementation

  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing systems and software including timekeeping, scheduling, ATS, LMS and HRIS that builds company-wide efficiencies


Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Lead in development and adoption of HRIS software and upgrades

  • HRIS support and troubleshooting for team members

  • Develop, implement and maintain all HR auditing and custom reporting

  • Assist in the development of trainings for end users in Hogsalt’s HRIS technology

  • Identify system failures and fixes

  • Identify and lead in workflow process improvements in HR technology

  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards

  • Audit and update PTO policy configurations to ensure accuracy

  • Act as point of contact for HRIS technology cases with customer support and or consultants

  • Deploy data uploads and auditing for accuracy

  • Partner with payroll for accurate reporting, pay file configurations and other data imports

  • Oversight of HR ticketing system

  •  Ensure all integrations in UKG Pro, Workforce Management, Benefits, etc are seamless

  • Integrate additional software systems into UKG system

  • Maintain, audit, and update all file feeds for HRIS

  • Lead on all updates of HRIS technology initiatives

  • Assists with special projects and other duties as needed to ensure operational efficiency
