Hogsalt is looking to add a People Coordinator to our team!

Duties/Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Process job changes and adjustments utilizing HR technology;

  • Assist with timecard and payroll troubleshooting;

  • Manage paperwork for distribution and return of assets;

  • Manage employee referral processes;

  • Assist leadership in the completion of the bi-annual employee performance review cycle'

  • Maintain employee break audits and associated forms;

  • Provide on-site assistance for employee onboarding and I-9 completion;

  • Manage employee termination process and leave of absence requests.

  • Provide audit support for all restaurant personnel certifications; 

  • Provide HR technology support to employees and leadership;

  • Assist in reviewing, administering, and submitting progressive discipline as needed;

  • Support all new restaurant openings with onboarding, group reviews of policies/handbook/etc. in collaboration with HR leadership.


Education and Experience:

  • At least three to four years of related experience.

  • Hospitality experience preferred.

  • Knowledge of Federal, State employment regulatory bodies.

Details:

  • Full -time, Exempt 

  • Tuesday through Saturday schedule, with flexibility in start and end time

  • Reports to Human Resources Director
