Experience & Qualifications:
2 to 5 years of HR experience directly related to enhancing the employee experience throughout employee lifecycle
Strong organizational skills
Flexible schedule that allows for attending evening and weekend meetings on an as-needed basis
Experience in working within an organization that is primarily an hourly workforce
At least 2 years experience in ATS and HRIS experience
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Process job changes and adjustments utilizing HR technology.
· Assist with timecard and payroll troubleshooting.
· Process break documents
· Manage employee referral process.
· Monitor the completion of the hourly employee performance review cycle, tracking completion, following up with leaders, and advising on HRIS utilization.
· Maintain employee break audits and associated forms.
· Complete onboarding for new hires.
· Provide on-site assistance for employee onboarding and I-9 completion. Maintain a schedule of visiting 2 locations per week to directly
· Manage hourly employee terminations and complete end-of-employment verifications.
· Provide HR technology support to all team members.
· Lead the coordination of employee engagement and wellness activities.
· Distribute monthly HR Bulletin to the organization.
· Lead the processing of employee referral bonuses.
· Lead team member anniversary recognition programs.
· Assist in reviewing, administering, and submitting time and attendance progressive discipline. Maintain time and attendance tracker for operations.
· Support all new restaurant openings with onboarding, group reviews of policies/handbook/etc. in collaboration with HR leadership.
· Attend HR investigation meetings to take notes, translate, or provide temporary support to HRBPs as needed.
· Distribute 90-day probationary reminders for hourly new hires to leadership.
· Support benefit enrollments during Open Enrollment and for new hires.
· Other duties and projects as assigned
