Hogsalt is looking for a dedicated and experienced Graphic Designer/Photographer to join our team!  (Salary Based On Experience)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support Hogsalt marketing team with graphic design, photography, and social media needs.

  • Utilize high-quality photography and video skills to lead or assist in editorial style content creation.

  • Create beautiful, impactful, and on-brand creative content over a wide range of deliverables.

  • Create and assist with social media copywriting and scheduling.

  • Remain abreast of technological and industry advances to identify creative areas of opportunity and innovation.

  • Work cross-functionally to execute company-wide launches, initiatives, and campaigns.

  • Manage workflow in a timely, efficient manner utilizing G-Suite of products and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Actively participate on brainstorming, planning, and execution of all brand elements and materials.

  • Keep assets in an organized fashion on server, updating daily.


EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Four-year degree in Visual Communication/Design .

  • Expert in Adobe Suite.

  • Photography skills using dslr, off-camera flash with the ability to edit images in Adobe Lightroom.

  • Preferred 3+ years experience.

  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.

  • Proven ability to transform a strategy or concept into real-world solutions.

  • Personable, professional, and proactive.

  • Monday-Friday with rotating weekend and evening coverage.

  • Enjoy and thrive working in fast-paced environment.


Remote +Local - Work from home within the Chicagoland area (required).
