Green Street Smoked Meats, a part of Hogsalt, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Full Time Front Of House Manager (Salary Negotiable + Bonus Structure) to join our team!

Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years working in a fast-paced restaurant.
At least 1 year of experience in a management position.
Ability to identify problems and be solution-oriented in regarding service and restaurant operations.
Must have open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays; schedule subject to modification and/or approval by the Service Director or Vice President of Service & Operations.
Must be able to frequently lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Duties & Responsibilities: (not limited to the following)
Ensure all policies and procedures are followed, including recruiting, hiring and training, 6-month employee reviews, progressive discipline, and any other employee documentation.
Ensure consistent cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant spaces (High Five Ramen, Sawada Coffee, Green Street Smoked Meats)
Maintain relationships with regular guests and assist with their needs.
Work Front of House Manager shifts up to 5 shifts a week; a mix of morning and daytime shifts will be expected.
Complete opening duties for Sawada Coffee, High Five Ramen, Green Street Smoked Meats, including managing staffing levels, preparing for preshift meetings, completing a facilities walkthrough, stocking retail items, and other administrative tasks.
Act as a Front of House Manager for Green Street Smoked Meats and High Five Ramen, balancing time between all spaces as business dictates.
Possess the ability to fill into any FOH hourly position.
Provide a positive and energetic demeanor to each service.
Train, mentor, and collaborate with your Lead Employee(s) to ensure standards are being met, even when you are not in the building.
Participate in employee 6-month reviews.
Work with Back of House and other leadership to run an efficient, cohesive store.
Communicate professionally and confidently with guests, employees, and leadership.
Complete general administrative tasks including opening and closing duties, cash handling, processing refunds, and maintaining restaurant facilities and supplies.
Provide consistent coaching and support for all hourly employees, and possess the ability to fill into any FOH hourly position.
