Small Cheval- Hyde Park, a part of Hogsalt, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Full Time hourly Supervisor to join our team!

Experience & Qualifications:
  • At least two years of FOH leadership experience in quick-service or full- service restaurants; prep and cooking experience preferred.
  • Ability to identify problems and be solution-oriented regarding service and restaurant operations.
  • Must have open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays; schedule subject to modification and/or approval by the Service Director or Vice President of Service & Operations.
  • Must be able to frequently lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities & Duties (not limited to the following):
  • Be a leader in the restaurant at all times.
  • Leadership opening and closing duties.
  • Upholding store standards of practice.
  • Providing direction to the team.
  • Ensure hourly team members take breaks and fill in to support the team during break times.
  • Accurate completion of COGs trackers and leadership logs.
  • Nightly completion of the tip tracker.
  • Communicate with store leadership about observations and best practices.
  • Leading shifts in a positive, professional, and motivational manner.
  • Ensuring accurate completion of prep lists.
  • Checking out team members before they leave to ensure completion of tasks.
  • Ensuring the store is secure before leaving for the night.
  • Interacting with vendors in a positive and professional manner.
  • Reports directly to the General Manager.
