Trivoli Tavern is looking for a dedicated and experienced Full Time Bar Prep/Batcher to join our team!

Experience & Qualifications:
1 year of experience working in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant.
Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude.
Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift, including frequent bending, lifting, and stooping.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure all stations are properly stocked and set up before and during service and complete any additional opening duties, including stocking wine/beer/liquor, ice, service wares, bar supplies, and any other items as outlined in the Hogsalt training program.
Prepare all beverages (including syrups, batches, and others) according to the Hogsalt Beverage Index.
Receive all beverage-related products from vendors; organize and unpack all beverage orders.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all bars and storage areas; assist in weekly upkeep.
Communicate any order issues (shorted products, vendor issues, products not up to standard, etc.) with leadership.
Work in communication and conjunction with the beverage leader to assist with projects, including but not limited to re-organization, deep cleaning, and others to ensure that the program and spaces run efficiently.
