4 Charles Prime Rib is looking for a polished, personable, and hospitality-driven individual to join our team as a Part-Time Outdoor Door Person.
This role is essential in supporting the maître d’ by managing the guest experience from the outside in. As the first point of contact, you’ll greet guests warmly, manage the flow at the front door, take names for the waitlist, and communicate clearly about reservation availability and policies. You’ll also oversee coat and bag check, helping guests feel cared for the moment they arrive. This is an outdoor-facing position that requires standing for long periods and maintaining a composed, gracious demeanor in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Experience & Qualifications:
At least 1 year of front desk, hosting, or door management experience in a hospitality or hotel setting.
Familiarity with Resy and iPad check-in systems - or a willingness to learn quickly.
Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor.
Comfortable standing outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for the duration of the shift.
