About the role

We’re looking for a creative, energetic and trend-obsessed Junior Content Creator to take ownership of our social content, especially TikTok.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who lives and breathes social media, understands what makes content go viral, and isn’t afraid to experiment. You’ll be encouraged to grab this role and run with it, bringing fresh ideas, testing new formats, and helping shape our brand voice online.

You’ll be responsible for creating engaging, entertaining and on-trend content that connects with our audience and drives awareness of the Big Fang Collective brands. 

Essential

• Passion for TikTok, Instagram and social media trends
• Strong understanding of what makes content engaging or viral
• Basic video editing skills (mobile-first is absolutely fine)
• Creative thinker with lots of ideas and the confidence to try them
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, reactive environm
• Positive, proactive attitude, someone who takes initiative

 Desired

• Experience creating content for a brand or personal account
• Confidence being on camera
• Basic understanding of social media analytics
• Photography or additional creative skills

Full training on brand values, products and service standards will be provided to any individual successful in this process.
