COMO Metropolitan London is an inner city property stripping back to the non-essential elements of a traditional hotel. The result is an urban retreat that is cool, accessible and sophisticated. COMO Metropolitan London is a 144 bedroom property with 19 private residences situated in the Heart of Mayfair.

What you will do: 

  • Become an integral part of the hotels People & Culture team, supporting with the on-boarding of new team members
  • Acting as the first point of contact to acknowledge & assist team members
  • Coordination of the full team member lifecycle including onboarding & termination paperwork
  • Implement activities on the Engagement calendar, making necessary arrangements in order to ensure all activities are completed in line with COMO’s vision; passion, creativity and style.
  • Ensures all activities are compliant with UK legislation, and COMO Hotels polices & procedures.
  • Deliver Bi-weekly induction programme to new team member.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and key HR reports.
  • Support line managers with employee relations matter such as investigations, disciplinaries & grievances. 
  • Provide support and guidance to managers and team members for day to day HR related matters

Who you are: 

  • Previous experience in an administration & Employee Relations and a keen interest in pursuing a career within People & Culture (HR)
  • Demonstrates flexibility due to the fast paced nature if the role
  • Shares our values of Passion, Creativity & Style
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt when necessary
  • Proactive approach with a self-driven attitude
  • Ability to remain professional & handle confidential information sensitively
  • Willingness to grow within Human Resources
