Hai Di Lao Hot Pot is an International chain of hot pot restaurant founded in Sichuan Province, China in 1994. At an early phase, it was just a small shop selling "hot and spicy soup. Later, it developed and expanded its menu range, and gradually became the number one hot pot restaurant nationwide. Hai Di Lao has owned more than 200 direct marketing stores in China over the past 22 years, and it also opened several stores in Singapore /Japan/Korea.The first U.S. store was opened in Arcadia in September, 2013.
Server's Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Receive and greet the customers kindly and politely. Answer their questions and make recommendations accordingly.
2. Follow the service procedures and standards: setting up tables, collecting dirty tableware, preparing tableware, cleaning, etc.
3. Provide relevant and exceptional service (including individualization service and table touch) to customers to ensure their satisfactions.
4. Follow up the schedule and complete other tasks assigned by superiors actively and efficiently.
5. Get the tips after 80 hours training, and must tip out honestly and accordingly.
