When we want you to start, your hours & holiday entitlement
- We'd like you to start on January 2nd 2025, however we would encourage an earlier start date to further facilitate a smooth transition with the outgoing Head Chef
- Contracted hours are up to 45 hours per week
- 28 days paid holidays per annum
