We're looking for a General Manager for the Half moon, a traditional country pub perfectly-placed in the quaint village of Windlesham in Surrey.  This beautiful building sits at the heart of its community - host to pub quizzes, classic car fairs, summer cinema nights and the home for family and community celebrations.  The pub has recently been tastefully refurbished - making the most of some stunning original features, and comes complete with large dining room, and a generously sized pub garden which has its own bookable covered spaces.  The pub is well known for premium, seasonal food and its a huge part of the offer here. As such the ideal candidate is a people-focused, guest-centric pub General Manager with fresh-food experience who is more than happy being the face of the business and getting involved with the community.
