What you'll do

You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

  • You will be responsible for providing assistance and support to all the guests in the lobby area as well as the forecourt and for delivering, collecting and storing all guests’ luggage to ensure a consistently efficient and outstanding guest experience. All to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience;
  • As our Night Luggage Porter, you may at times complete errands and shopping trips on behalf of our guests as directed by our Concierge team;
  • As you will assist with any valet parking requests in the overnight period, a valid, clean UK or European driving licence with a minimum of three years driving experience in the United Kingdom is essential;
  • You’ll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests’ special requests and any challenge that may arise during the shift. Our night team provide a variety of support as needed across the hotel.
