As an Events Host, you will be at the heart of our events operations, providing top-notch service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

• Be the friendly face that greets all guests upon arrival, setting a positive tone for their experience.
• Engage with guests effortlessly, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.
• Assist in the smooth running of events, from preparation to execution, ensuring every detail is perfect.
• Work closely with the Events team and other hotel staff to deliver seamless service.
• Handle any issues that arise with grace and efficiency, ensuring a positive outcome for our guests.
