We have an exciting opportunity for a Mini Bar Attendant to join our dynamic and highly successful team at Ham Yard Hotel. As a Mini Bar Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable stay.

This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, develop, and potentially progress within our company. However, if career progression isn’t your primary goal, that’s perfectly fine too. Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining fully stocked minibars in guest rooms.
  • Conducting regular inventory checks.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of minibar areas.
  • Responding promptly to guest requests and queries related to the minibar.

What you Need:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • The ability to work well within a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
