Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and engaging with guests, taking orders, and providing recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
- Delivering food promptly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of service.
- Processing payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Anticipating and fulfilling guests' requests with precision and attentiveness.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
What you Need:
- Ability to thrive under pressure, handling multiple tables with ease and grace.
- A genuine passion for food and a keen eye for detail, ensuring every dish is served to perfection.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, demonstrating your ability to excel in a dynamic setting.
- Dedication to providing outstanding customer service, going above and beyond to exceed guests' expectations.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, essential for effective teamwork and guest satisfaction.
