As a Central Restaurant Reservations Agent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests' dining experiences are nothing short of exceptional.
Responsibilities:
- Handling restaurant and bar reservations with precision and efficiency.
- Collaborating with supervisors to organise seamless table plans for each shift.
- Managing reservations and bookings for a variety of special events hosted across our hotels and restaurants.
- Providing in-depth knowledge of Firmdale's establishments, including menu details and daily specials, to assist guests in making informed choices.
- Delivering top-class customer service by anticipating and exceeding guests' needs.
What you Need:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reservation management.
- Strong organisational and communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members.
- A customer-centric mind-set, with a genuine desire to provide unforgettable experiences.
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude that shines through in every interaction.
