As a Window Cleaner at Ham Yard Hotel, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the pristine appearance of our establishment. Your work will directly impact the first impressions of our guests, making you an integral part of our team. You will be responsible for ensuring all windows and glass surfaces are cleaned to the highest standard, providing a clear, spotless view that enhances the beauty of our hotel.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaning solutions, sponges, and squeegees.
  • Remove grime, dirt, and debris from windows and glass surfaces to ensure a streak-free finish.
  • Safely use ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment to access high windows.
  • Follow established safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department.

What you Need:

  • Previous experience working as a Window Cleaner, particularly working off ladders.
  • A methodical and patient approach to tasks.
  • Practical window cleaning skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent personal presentation and a commitment to maintaining our high standards.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • A strong sense of efficiency and the capability to meet deadlines.
