As a Floor Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation that our guests expect. Working closely with the Deputy Head Housekeeper and Head Housekeeper, you will lead a team to ensure that all areas of the hotel are impeccably maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff, ensuring efficient and effective performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance are met.
• Manage daily operations and delegate tasks to team members to achieve seamless service delivery.
• Assist in the training and development of housekeeping staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
• Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a memorable stay for every guest.

• A keen eye for detail to maintain our exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
• Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team, demonstrating excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and high standards.
