Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and order of service for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
• Supervise and support a small team, ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
• Monitor stock levels and manage ordering within your section.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
• Collaborate effectively with the team, demonstrating strong organisational and communication skills.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen.

• Previous experience in a similar role within a high-pressure, busy environment.
• A genuine passion for food and a keen eye for detail.
• Proven ability to supervise and motivate a small team.
