As a Night Chef, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of culinary excellence during the night shift. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the unique challenges of working outside normal operating hours.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with our established recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen workspace.
• Ensure all food items are stored and handled properly to maintain freshness and prevent contamination.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations during the night shift.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hotel or restaurant.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for food.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to varying schedules.
