As a Night Maintenance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our facilities, ensuring that everything is in perfect working order for our guests. You will be a key player in our team, responsible for diagnosing and repairing faults, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring the smooth operation of our plant equipment.

• Identify and diagnose faults, carrying out repairs, adjustments, and maintenance work as needed.
• Perform required routine servicing, repairs, or adjustments to ensure optimal functioning of equipment.
• Monitor the plant operations and accurately record data using provided documentation.
• Ensure all working areas are kept clean and tidy, and all refuse and waste materials are removed appropriately.
• Operate a cherry picker and other equipment as required.

• Strong operational knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with all departments and Head Office.
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
• Collaborative mind-set with a commitment to maintaining a positive work environment.
