We have an exciting opportunity for a Special Events Manager to join our dynamic team at Ham Yard Hotel. As a Special Events Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and supervising our prestigious press junket operations. Your primary goal will be to ensure our guests receive inspirational service that exceeds their expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and execution of press junket operations
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless event coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, media, and industry partners.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics.
- Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring every detail is perfect.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance our event offerings and guest experiences.
What you Need:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- A passion for food and beverage, with an eye for detail and quality.
- A keen interest in the film industry and press junkets.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire guests.
- A dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
