We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Restaurant Reservations Manager to lead our central reservations
team, overseeing bookings for seven restaurants and bars across our London
hotel portfolio. This role is pivotal in delivering a seamless guest experience
while driving service excellence and revenue optimisation.
The ideal candidate will have extensive, hands-on experience with SevenRooms, including system administration, guest profile management, pacing strategies, and multi-outlet integration.
